The terroir is the master of this wine, whom expression represents the marriage between two fruity, spicy and fresh varietal that integrates right through the strength of the Tuscan terroir. Sangiovese in its great territorial expression married with small spicy notes of Syrah.

It is obtained from the blend of 70% Sangiovese and 30% Syrah.
After a meticulous green harvest the grapes are collected in small boxes, cooled overnight and then checked on a double sorting table.
Fermentation takes place in traditional opened-up barriques and in barriques with the integral winemaking technique. After maceration on the skins, the wine is transferred to French fine-grained oak barriques from the best selection where malolactic fermentation takes place. It rises in barriques “sur lies” for 24 months.
After bottling, it ages in glass for at least 12 months before being placed on the market.

A silky taste, with sweet, dense, intense and complex tannin that balances itself with a rich bouquet of red and black berry fruit, a beautiful acid freshness typical of Sangiovese closes in a long spicy freshness.
