It is obtained from pure Sangiovese.
The grapes are harvested in small boxes, cooled overnight and then placed directly in the press to obtain the free-run juice. After 48 hours of cold clarification, it is decanted into 7hl egg-shaped terracotta amphoras where it carries out alcoholic fermentation and total elevation on its lees for 3 months. After bottling, it ages in glass for at least 30 days before being placed on the market.
Fragrant with fresh red berries, nectarine and white flowers aromas. Fruity, mineral, sapid, juicy and balanced in a fresh liveliness. Silky raspberry, mandarin and white peach flavour on the palate with beautiful texture and softness. Extraordinary balanced, fresh and crispy, it shows excellent depth with clear and pleasant mineral notes. A long lasting finish with spicy orange and a refreshing acidity.
